Trevor's practice focuses on the drafting and prosecution of patent, trade mark and design applications for industry and individual inventors in Australia, New Zealand and overseas in the fields of paper and plastics packaging, packaging machinery, automotive accessories and medical devices. He has experience in oppositions before the Australian and New Zealand Patent Offices and in infringement and validity proceedings in Australia.

Trevor has over 40 years experience in the patent profession and is active in the teaching of patent specification drafting and interpretation and validity of patent specifications to trainee patent attorneys through the IPTA Academy and the University of Melbourne and was a member of the Board of Examiners/Professional Standards Board for more than 10 years.
