Michael is a patent attorney within the Mechanical Engineering group, where he is involved in patent opposition, patent infringement advice, patent prosecution, patent drafting and related opinion works.

Prior to commencing a career as a Patent Attorney, Michael worked in the Automotive industry as a project engineer. Working for both for a leading vehicle manufacturer and a parts supplier, Michael gained experience in the area of interior trim and plastics.

Michael also spent 12 months in Switzerland, working on product development in the area of gas turbine power generation.

Michael is currently undertaking a Masters of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne
