Dan Berger

Dan specialises in the drafting and prosecution of local and overseas patent applications, patent validity and infringement analysis, and the preparation and prosecution of applications for registered designs. Dan is part of Davies Collison Cave's Engineering/Science team and has provided advice to many businesses and individuals developing or selling products in a range of technical areas.

Having completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nanotechnology, Dan's tertiary background included studies in a broad range of scientific areas including general and surface chemistry, material science, physics and molecular biology. His honours studies were focused on the covalent attachment of bio-molecules to titanium and stainless steel surfaces for use in medical devices.

Dan also forms part of Davies Collison Cave's Nanotechnology and clean-tech practice groups.
