Cheryl is a member of the Trade Marks Group and provides advice on Australian trade mark law and related matters. She specialises in the prosecution of trade mark applications and is involved in the provision of advice and conduct of opposition matters.

Prior to joining Davies Collison Caves in 2007, Cheryl spent two years with an intellectual property law firm in Osaka, Japan, where the majority of her work involved advising foreign clients on Japanese trademark law and practice.

Cheryl is furthering her studies by undertaking a Master of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne.
