Anne works in the biotechnology group, particularly specialising in the areas of molecular biology, including plant molecular biology, and Plant Breeder's Rights. She is involved in the preparation and prosecution of patent specifications and the provision of advice in relation to all aspects of plant matters and has assisted Australian businesses and universities as well as overseas corporations.
Before commencing with the firm, Anne worked for another Patent Attorney firm in Melbourne and Perth for six years where she was responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Australia and overseas. Prior to this, she obtained her PhD from The University of Melbourne for her thesis entitled "An antigenic protein of Porphyromonas gingivalis".
