Anthony specialises in patent and design advice for electrical, electronic, telecommunications, electro-mechanical, computer-related and business-method inventions. In 1996, he became a partner of Davies Collison Cave. Anthony's particular expertise is in the drafting of specifications to international standards, Australian and overseas patent prosecution, patent oppositions validity and infringement advice, assisting in litigation matters, due diligence, etc.

Anthony has particular experience in medical device inventions, having conducted his university thesis on a digital multi-channel hearing aid, and he presently acts for a number of organisations in the medical device area.

Anthony also works for a number of clean technology / renewable energy companies, particularly in the fields of solar and wind energy.
