Keith is the senior partner and specialises in patents, principally in electronics and electrical technologies. Keith joined Davies Collison Cave in 1968, becoming a partner in 1972.

Keith's practice involves drafting patent specifications and patent infringement.

Keith is the author of various reports and papers on Intellectual Property, such as for the Institute of Patent Attorneys of Australia, AIPPI and the APAA. He has contributed to Lahore's Intellectual Property in Australia and to Halsbury's Laws of Australia.
