Trevor specialises in contested trade mark opposition proceedings before the Australian Trade Marks Office. His practice also includes advising in relation to clearance searches and providing trade mark infringement advice. Over a period of many years Trevor has conducted numerous hearings before the Australian Registrar of Trade Marks with a very high success rate and his clients in such proceedings include many major U.S and European companies.
In 2012, Trevor was listed by The Australian Financial Review as one of 'Australia's Top Lawyers' in Intellectual Property.
Trevor lectures in trade mark law and practice in the post-graduate program at the University of Technology, Sydney and at the University of Melbourne. He has served on the Board of Directors of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA) and is a former editor of the INTA Bulletin.
