Dawn has extensive experience of handling all aspects of Australian and New Zealand trade mark clearance, prosecution and enforcement practices. She represents a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to major companies. Utilising both her legal and marketing backgrounds and her in-house experience, Dawn brings a commercial awareness to the management of trade mark portfolios and works closely with marketing departments to raise the importance of trade mark issues in the brand formation process.

Dawn originally practiced as a trade mark attorney in the UK and has experience both in private practice and as the IP manager for an international financial institution. She has additionally worked in the United Arab Emirates for a well known international IP law firm, which included both prosecution and enforcement work for clients throughout the Middle East and the North African area.

Dawn has practiced in Australia since 2006 and joined Davies Collison Cave in 2010.
