Simon Ware

Simon coordinates and conducts searches in the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science and materials areas. He has extensive experience in Australian infringement searches, novelty and prior art searches, family searches, watches and status enquiries. Simon also assists in the recordal of IP assignments and licenses, extensions of time applications and maintenance of IP rights.

He is also a member of the AUSPAT (IP Australia's patent database that was released in 2007) customer reference group.

After qualifying as a Patent Attorney in 2005, Simon was appointed an Associate in 2008. Prior to joining Davies Collison Cave in 2003, Simon gained over four years experience while working with another large patent attorney firm in Melbourne.
