Elizabeth Godfrey | Senior Associate B.A., B.Sc. (Hons.), LL.B. (Hons.)
Elizabeth's primary area of practice is intellectual property litigation involving trade mark infringement and revocation, patent and design infringement and revocation, copyright, Trade Practices and geographical indications. She has considerable experience in Federal Court litigation, acting for local and international clients, ranging from small entities to multi-national corporations.

Elizabeth also provides advice on trade mark, patent, design and copyright infringement, enforcement and protection and advice on the Trade Practices Act and the common law action of passing off.

Prior to joining Davies Collison Cave, Elizabeth worked as a solicitor in the area of commercial litigation at a Melbourne law firm.
