Claire Ramsay | Solicitor B.Sc., LL.B.
Claire's primary area of practice is intellectual property litigation. Claire provides advice on a range of intellectual property law issues including matters concerning trade marks, copyright, designs, patents, misuse of confidential information, passing off, as well as related issues under Part V of the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Prior to joining the firm, Claire worked as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Crennan in the High Court and Federal Court.
