Nicola Lake

Nicola is involved in all patent matters, including drafting and prosecution of patent applications and advice on matters of infringement and validity of patents. She is also involved in patent oppositions and litigation matters.

Following the completion of a Masters in the Management of IP at the University of London, Nicola arrived in Australia to undertake her Ph.D at the Ian Wark Research Institute (University of South Australia), the ARC's Special Research Centre for Particle and Material Interfaces. Nicola received the Ian Wark Medal for her Ph.D. thesis entitled photo-manipulation of biomolecular architecture and surface wettability.
