Miriam has experience in running complex trade practices and intellectual property litigation. She has advised domestic and international companies on their obligations under Australian intellectual property and telecommunications laws, and assisted businesses in protecting confidential and commercially-sensitive information.

Prior to joining Davies Collison Cave Solicitors, Miriam practised in general commercial litigation and commercial law, including contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law.
