DCC sponsors Innovation Series Melbourne Forum on innovative manufacturing

In 2011 Davies Collison Cave will sponsor the Innovation Series in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The first of two forums to be presented in Melbourne was held on 12 May.
The guest speakers on the day were: The Hon Richard Dalla-Riva MLC, Minister for employment & Industrial Relations, Minister for Manufacturing, export & Trade, State Member for eastern Metropolitan Region Professor Aleksandar Subic, Professor and Head of School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering, RMIT university Pat Boland, Chief executive Officer ANCA.
The speakers focussed on “Building Global Competitiveness through Innovative Manufacturing”. The audience of over 150 guests were keen to explore the topic further with many questions directed to all speakers regarding the future of manufacturing in Australia.
The event was attended by Julian Curwen, Mark Roberts, Elizabeth Godfrey and Ross Clark.
