Davies Collison Cave has been voted Australia's number 1 patent firm

Managing Intellectual Property has released the results of their 2004 World IP Survey and we are pleased to have been awarded the top position. Davies Collison Cave has consistently been voted Australia's premier patent and trademark firm by our industry peers. More than 4,000 intellectual property specialists worldwide were invited to vote. Each individual was asked to nominate three leading patents firms in all jurisdictions. Managing Intellectual Property's team of researchers then sought further feedback from specialists in each jurisdiction. The research involved in-depth feedback from more than 700 practitioners. Results for the trade mark / copyright survey will be released in March 2005.
