Originally qualifying in Ireland, Roseanne practised as an Irish and European Community Trade Mark Attorney, representing clients before the Irish Patents Office and the Community Trade Marks Office (OHIM). During that time, she managed local and international trade mark portfolios for a diverse range of clients across a broad range of industries including fashion, FMCG, computer software, agriculture and natural resources. Roseanne's European experience has provided her with the knowledge required to advise clients on clearance, filing, prosecution and enforcement strategies for local and global brands.
Since moving to Australia in 2007, Roseanne has completed the necessary studies to qualify as an Australian Trade Marks Attorney and has gained extensive experience in all aspects of trade mark law in Australia and New Zealand. She continues her specialisation in the management of local and international trade mark portfolios and advises a diverse range of clients in relation to searching, filing, prosecution, oppositions and removal proceedings.
Roseanne has retained her connection with Ireland and sits on the Board of The Lansdowne Club, the premier Irish business networking club for Australian based Irish professionals and businesses.
Roseanne joined Davies Collison Cave in 2013.
