Anna Harley is a Lawyer in our litigation group with a background in commerce and health sciences. She has experience across a range of intellectual property litigation including trade marks, copyright, design, patents, confidential information and consumer law. Anna also has experience in commercial disputes.
Anna has been involved in advising a range of Australian and international clients, including businesses in the fields of mining, energy, agriculture and food technology, finance, information systems and biotechnology. Anna has been involved in intellectual property litigation in the Federal Court of Australia concerning piracy and copyright infringement, design protection, patent infringement (including relating to issues in relation to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme), and trade mark issues concerning parallel importing and licensing. Additionally, Anna has also been involved in civil and regulatory litigation.
Anna joined the Litigation and Disputes group of Davies Collison Cave Law in 2017. Previously, Anna worked as an Associate to a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia and practised in tax at a global accounting firm.
