Andrew is a lawyer in Davies Collison Cave's law group in Melbourne. His practice covers contentious and non-contentious matters in the areas of intellectual property litigation, commercialisation, licensing, IT procurement, internet transactions and data protection. Andrew has a background in biomedical science and in-house experience with an ASX 100 company.
Andrew has acted in a number significant patent and commercial litigation matters before the Federal Court of Australia in the pharmaceutical, computer technology and electronic engineering fields. He has also acted for clients in patent and trade mark oppositions before the Patent and Trade Mark Offices of Australia.
